Custom Nail Design Process
Creating a custom nail set is a collaborative process designed to ensure your nails are beautifully crafted and tailored to your vision.
Step 1 — Submit Your Design Request
Begin by completing theClient Consultation Form, where you will share your preferred design details such as colors, inspiration, nail shape, length, and sizing.
Step 2 — Consultation & Design Review
After your form is submitted, your design request will be carefully reviewed. You will receive a follow-up email consultation to confirm design details, discuss any questions, and ensure the design can be executed within the selected tier.
If additional clarification is helpful, you may be invited to schedule a 30-minute Zoom or video consultation to review your design vision, sizing, and final details before moving forward.
This collaborative step helps ensure your custom nail set is thoughtfully designed, properly sized, and crafted exactly as envisioned.
Consultation calls are typically up to 30 minutes and are designed to finalize your custom design before production begins.
Step 3 — Invoice & Order Confirmation
Once your design details are confirmed, you will receive an invoice to begin your custom order. Production begins once payment is received.
Step 4 — Creation & Production
Your custom press-on nail set will then be carefully handcrafted using professional materials and techniques.
Step 5 — Completion & Shipping
Once your set is completed, it will be packaged and shipped to you with your customized prep kit and application instructions.
Submitting the consultation form does not automatically place an order. Orders are confirmed once the invoice has been paid.

Consultation | 2–5 Business Days
After submitting your intake form, we’ll review your design ideas and follow up via email to finalize the details of your custom set. A brief 30-minute Zoom or video consultation may be scheduled if needed. The consultation timeline may vary depending on communication responsiveness during this stage.
Production | 3–5 Business Days
Once your design is confirmed, your nails will be carefully handcrafted. Each set is made to order to ensure quality, durability, and attention to detail.
Shipping | 1–2 Business Days
Please note that timelines may vary slightly depending on current order volume. All custom orders are completed in the order they are received to ensure every set receives the care and craftsmanship it deserves.
