Welcome to Daily Pressed Nails. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent and fair experience for both the customer and the business.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.
1. Custom Product Disclaimer
Daily Pressed Nails specializes in custom and handmade press-on nail sets. Each set is individually crafted and may include hand-painted designs, embellishments, and specialty finishes.
Due to the handmade nature of these products:
• Minor variations between sets may occur
• Placement of embellishments may vary slightly
• Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting
These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
2. Nail Size Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate nail sizing when placing an order.
Sizing can be determined using:
• A sizing kit
• Millimeter measurements
• A previously confirmed size profile
Daily Pressed Nails is not responsible for incorrect sizing submitted by the customer.
If a sizing kit has not yet been issued at the time of consultation, sizing confirmation will occur during the consultation phase before production begins.
3. Custom Design & Consultation
All custom nail sets follow a consultation process to ensure design accuracy and client satisfaction.
After consultation, an email summary outlining the finalized design details will be sent to the customer for review and approval.
Production will not begin until the customer provides final written approval confirming that the design details are correct.
Once final approval is given, the design is considered confirmed and ready for production.
4. Design Changes
Changes to custom designs may be requested prior to production.
However, changes that significantly alter the design concept may require additional time and cost.
Major Design Changes
Major changes that require redesigning core elements of the original concept, including color palette changes or detailed artwork adjustments, will incur a $25 redesign fee, which will be added to the remaining balance.
Minor Design Adjustments
Minor adjustments, such as small additions or removals within the original design scope, may be permitted depending on the selected design tier and production timeline.
Once production has begun, additional design changes cannot be guaranteed.
5. Custom Orders & Design Approval
Custom nail sets are created based on information provided by the customer through:
• Consultation forms
• Design selections
• Inspiration photos
While every effort is made to capture the requested design, artistic interpretation may be required to ensure durability, balance, and overall design quality.
Daily Pressed Nails reserves the right to make minor design adjustments when necessary to maintain structural integrity and aesthetic balance.
6. Warranty & Replacement Policy
Daily Pressed Nails stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of each nail set. Replacement requests are considered only in cases where the issue is caused by a production or manufacturing error.
Covered Situations
Eligible replacement claims may include:
• Missing embellishments from the confirmed design
• Structural damage such as cracks or splits present upon arrival
• Severe peeling or flaking caused by production issues
Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible for replacement:
• Minor cosmetic variations due to the handmade nature of the product
• Fit issues after the use of a sizing kit
• Damage caused by improper application or removal
• Damage from normal wear or misuse
• Buyer preference or change of mind
Replacement Request Process
To request a replacement, customers must contact:
during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM) and provide:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue
If the claim is approved, the affected nails will be remade and shipped as soon as possible.
Replacement Claim Timeframes
• Claims submitted within 7 days of delivery may qualify for a full replacement.
• Claims submitted 8–14 days after delivery may qualify for a 50% discounted replacement.
Claims submitted after 14 days may not be eligible for replacement.7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Premade Nail Sets
Orders for premade nail sets may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
If the order has already shipped:
Customers have 3 business days from delivery to initiate a return request.
Returned items must be:
• Unused
• In the same condition as originally shipped
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refund amounts may vary depending on the condition of the returned item.
Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
Failure to return items within 3 business days of approval may result in the payment becoming non-refundable.
Custom Orders
Because custom nail sets are made specifically for each client, different cancellation terms apply.
After consultation but before production
Up to 50% of the deposit may be refunded, depending on work already completed.
Once production has begun
Deposits become non-refundable because materials and labor have already been committed to the order.
Each cancellation request is reviewed individually and may affect refund eligibility.

All cancellation requests must be submitted to:

Requests submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
8. All Sales Final
Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nail products:
All sales are final.
Daily Pressed Nails does not offer:
• Returns
• Exchanges
• Refunds
This policy helps maintain hygiene standards and ensures that every order is made specifically for the client.
9. International Shipping
At this time, Daily Pressed Nails does not offer international shipping. International shipping may become available in the future.

Press-on nail wear time varies depending on:
• Nail preparation
• Application method
• Lifestyle and daily activity
• Use of nail glue or adhesive tabs
Typical wear ranges between 1–3 weeks when properly applied, but results may vary.
Daily Pressed Nails cannot guarantee exact wear duration.
10. Proper Use
Press-on nails are cosmetic accessories and should not be used as tools.
To avoid damage:
• Do not use nails to open packages or containers
• Avoid excessive pressure or impact
• Follow proper removal instructions
Improper use may cause lifting or breakage.
11. Chargeback & Fraud Protection
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for reasons covered under these policies, including:
• Custom nature of products
• Handmade variations
• Incorrect sizing submitted by the customer
• Shipping delays caused by carriers
Any fraudulent disputes may result in the customer being permanently restricted from future purchases.
12. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, images, and written content on this website are the property of Daily Pressed Nails.
This includes:
• Nail design concepts
• Photography
• Website content
• Branding and logos
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
13. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Press-on nails should only be applied to healthy natural nails.
Do not apply press-on nails if you:
• Have nail infections
• Have open wounds around the nail area
• Are experiencing irritation
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
14. Limitation of Liability
Daily Pressed Nails is not responsible for:
• Damage caused by improper application or removal
• Allergic reactions to adhesives or nail products
• Wear differences based on lifestyle or activity
By purchasing from this website, customers accept responsibility for proper product use.
